What do you do?
I spend most of time singing with the GraceNotes, Georgetown’s all-female a cappella group, and the Chamber Singers. I’m an OA for NSO next year and I’m also a frequent visitor of The Tombs dance floor.
What do you find most frustrating about Georgetown?
As an MSB student, I wish I had more time to take fun classes in the college like acting, art history, or women and gender studies. There’s not enough time in four years to explore those random classes if you’re not majoring in the subjects.
What do you like most about Georgetown?
My favorite part about Georgetown is having the opportunity to meet new and interesting people wherever I go. Our school pride is also the best. Hoya Saxa!
What do you hope Georgetown will help you accomplish?
I hope my Georgetown education provides me with the necessary tools to pursue my personal goals and ultimately give back to the greater society.
What’s your greatest fear?
My greatest fear is getting too caught up in the go-go-go nature of life, and not taking enough time to enjoy the present.
What would you change about yourself? What’s the biggest change you’ve consciously made in your life and why?
Something I’ve made a constant effort to do at Georgetown is being actively appreciative of life’s everyday blessings. Every night before bed, my roommate and I share three things we’re each grateful for. This small habit has truly made me more appreciative of everything I have to be thankful for at Georgetown.
