What do you like most about Georgetown?
I like being in the NHS. I like that it’s a small school and that there’s a real sense of community.
What’s your least favorite thing about Georgetown?
My least favorite thing about Georgetown is that everyone thinks they’re smarter than they are. There’s a real competitive atmosphere. It’s too competitive.
Why did you come to Georgetown?
The nursing program. That’s all I have to say.
What’s your favorite class you’ve taken at Georgetown?
I am in health assessment right now, and I really like that and I also really liked “Abnormal Psych.” I like health assessment because it includes clinical hours where I get to go to the hospital and do hands-on learning. And I liked “Abnormal Psych” because it felt less like learning and more just hearing about interesting stuff.
Do you feel obliged to be busy?
Yeah, like you feel guilty when you’re sitting around doing nothing? Yeah.
What do you want to do after Georgetown?
I want to be a nurse in the hospital and possibly go on to grad school and be a nurse practitioner. Be a mom. Have kids.
What would you change about yourself?
A whole lot. By summer I want to weigh at least 15 pounds less. Laughs. I would like to be smarter. Just in general. I’d like to be more focused and just a better person all around.
Do you ever regret coming here?
Sometimes. Sometimes I wish I went to an easier school.
Do you think you’ll ever donate to Georgetown?
I’ll never be rich enough to donate to Georgetown. I want to be a mom. I’m not going to be rich enough for that. If I was rich then I’d consider it, but I’m not gonna be so no.
What’s your greatest fear?
I have this really sketchy fear. Like nobody has it. It’s like a phobia. I’m literally scared of gold. I don’t like to touch gold.
